The YT-DM153 utilizes full flip-chip COB (Chip on Board) encapsulation technology. This advanced packaging method eliminates wire bonding, resulting in higher stability, better heat dissipation, and superior reliability compared to traditional SMD screens.

The module delivers exceptional image quality with a pixel pitch of 1.538mm and a high pixel density of 422,500 pixels/m². The module comes in a standard size of 320mm x 160mm, designed to perfectly match standard 640mm x 480mm cabinets. This design supports flexible splicing, allowing for customized screen dimensions based on the installation environment while utilizing a standard HUB320 signal interface.

Energy Efficient, Smart Calibration

Despite its high performance, the module is energy-efficient with an average power consumption of only 140 W/m² (Max 420 W/m²). It also features built-in Flash storage for calibration data, supporting both brightness and chroma correction to maintain uniform display quality over time.
